Yogi Bhajan has given 1000's of meditations for entering the Aquarian Age gracefully and of course to experience your Excellence and bring balance to your Mind, Body and Soul.
Below are some meditations that can be done quickly and have fast results. Some may need to be done for a longer period of time to gain a lasting effect and also to break certain habits. It is recommended to do any particular mediation for 40 days to really create a shift on the subconscious level.
